A window washer on our building made me think of some real tough jobs in Wyoming.

From the oil fields to construction, Wyoming has some of the toughest jobs in the US. I lived in Alaska before moving here and it was no picnic there. Both Alaska and Wyoming have a lead in oil or extracting jobs. We have coal, oil, natural gas and more. These are brutal jobs and doesn't make for a "cushy" job. The winter temperature extremes make it hard for outside, rigorous work. Trucking and hauling are also big ones in the Cowboy State.

For job seekers, most employed in extraction say go to North Dakota where the boom is bigger than Wyoming. No matter what you do, thanks for what you do in the "tough" job field in Wyoming.
