Here's a chance to take a trip and go to a camp all for you! Leave the kids at home and head out to one of these camps that are a big attraction across America.Whether you like bull riding, archaeology, rock n' roll or the 80's, there is surely a camp to tickle your fancy. Here are 5 camps that will help you through your summer.

  1. Camp Throw Back - You can relive those thrilling days of yesteryear with this adult camp. You'll be able to enjoy a 80's party, hungover Yoga, water balloon wars, watermelon eating contests and bracelet making. The Ohio camp runs Thursday through Sunday and costs $250 a person.
  2. Zombie Survival Camp - If you truly believe in the coming of the "zombie apocalypse", then you might want to set your sights to the Pine Barrens of New Jersey. The camp claims that it will teach you survival techniques needed to use a crossbow, hand to hand combat and team building. $450 will get you in the camp.
  3. Rock N' Roll Fantasy Camp - You can throw away the broom and mop that you used when you were a kid, when you were imitating your favorite band in the mirror. Now you can learn to be a real rock star. This is a 3 - 5 day camp and sometimes hosted by real rock stars. Stars like David Crosby or Sammy Hagar. The camp is in L.A. and will cost $1,999 for you to attend.
  4. Bull Riding Camp - If you're an aspiring cowboy, then you'll not be disappointed taking a trip to Augusta, Kansas to fulfill your fantasy with Gary Leffew. You'll practice riding on barrels and horses, with a video presentation, and even ride a bull! Who knows? You could be the next contestant at Cheyenne Frontier Days. The cost is $1000 a person.
  5. Archaeology and Basket Identification Camp - This will take you to the great state of Arizona. The Arizona State Museum at the University of Arizona at Tucson, will offer you the opportunity to partake in a 5 day program to identify basketry materials. The materials include, but are not limited to: yucca, willow and devil's claw. You'll also learn about cleaning, twining and much, much more. The camp runs from July 20 - 24 and costs $470 per person.
