Absentee voting has begun in Wyoming. Laramie County Clerk Debbye Lathrop says the absentee polling place for this county is located in the atrium of the Laramie County Governmental Complex at 309 W. 20th street. The polling place will be open from 8:15 to 4:45 each weekday through Monday November 5th, with the exception of Columbus Day on Monday October 8th .  Lathrop says residents may also request a paper ballot by calling the Laramie County Clerk's office at 632-4242, sending an email to dlathrop@laramiecountyclerk. com or submitting a request in writing to P.O. Box 608, Cheyenne, WY 82003. Lathrop says you can register to vote at the absentee polling place, but you must bring a valid ID. If you are already registered, you don't need to show an ID. Lathrop says she expects between 25-30 percent of all voters will chose to vote absentee.
