America's smallest town is also known for having the country's best Vietnamese coffee? Kind of a weird coincidence until you look into the situation.

The lone resident/mayor/owner/whatever he wants to be of Buford, is Pham Dinh Nguyen. He's a 38-year-old entrepreneur, hailing from Vietnam.  Nguyen runs the convenience store gas station and lives in a modeler home behind it. He also owns 10 acres and five buildings that surround the community.

In a successful attempt to bring a little Vietnamese culture to Wyoming, Nguyen began offering Vietnamese-style coffee to travelers a few years ago.  Customers seemed hesitant to try something new at first, but after offering free samples for several months, he gained a loyal following of coffee drinkers.
