The Cheyenne Frontier Days Public Relations Committee'ss annual COATS FOR KIDS Program is seeking donations of children's winter clothing such as coats, hats, scarves or gloves. COATS FOR KIDS Coordinator Jim Lynch says there is definate need for the program in Cheyenne. He says over the last several years the program has averaged about 1200 coats per year donated by the community.

Lynch says there are various collection points around Cheyenne including: Cheyenne Frontier Days Headquarters, Albertson's on Yellowstone and Pershing, LCCC Foundation Office, Mort's Bagels, Sierra Trading Post Retail Store, all four locations of Warren Federal Credit Union, and One Hour Cleanrs on Randall Avenue. He says once received, one Hour Cleaners will wash the items and place them on hangers for the annual give-away.

Lynch says donations will be accepted through Cctober 29th. The COATS FOR KIDS give-away will be held at the CFD Public Relations building on November 1st.
