Casper Woman Wins Woman of Distinction Award
The Wyoming Council for Women’s Issues recognized Casper resident Bev Dye with its annual Woman of Distinction Award Saturday at the Casper Petroleum Club.
As a former single parent with firsthand knowledge of the issues facing women today and an appreciation of her own education and her parents’ encouragement and work ethic, Dye has devoted 28 years to making a difference for others through Casper College’s ABE/GED Center. Recent Rain Helps Soybean Crop But Not Corn [AUDIO]
The Wyoming Highway Patrol says a tractor trailer that was pulled over during a traffic stop over the weekend was carrying 231 pounds of marijuana worth almost $1.4 million dollars.
