The Cheyenne City Council is considering authorizing Mayor Rick Kaysen to negotiate the purchase of the remaining two-thirds of a property on West Lincolnway, commonly known as ‘the hole”, that is not already city-owned.

A senior economist with the Wyoming Economic Analysis Division says Wyoming’s average personal income for the first quarter of 2012 grew at 0.9 percent. Jim Robinson says he would consider that to be a steady growth rate. He says while the number is down a bit from the previous few quarters it is still good news for the state.
Cheyenne Police Chief Brian Kozak says there will be a “zero tolerance” policy for underage alcohol consumption at Cheyenne Frontier Days events this year. The chief says any underage alcohol violators will not only be ticketed, but this year will also be immediately evicted from Frontier Park.
