Colorado Governor Signs Laws to Regulate Marijunana Use [AUDIO]

Leaders of an effort to repeal SF104, the bill that stripped Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill of many of her duties, turned in petition signatures to the Secretary of State's office on Tuesday.
