If you have Windows 10, you probably downloaded it for free. But of course, there nothing really is free now days. Without you knowing it, Windows 10 will update.

Microsoft, in an effort to get Windows 7 and 8.1 users to upgrade to Windows 10, will be introducing some new measures to the new operating system.

Beginning in 2016, Microsoft will make Windows 10 a recommended update to bug fixes, security updates and others like it, that will automatically install to users computers.

This automatic update will be part of the default setting, which Microsoft is recommending, to ensure protections to your computer with the latest security measures.

Microsoft says that users will be "clearly prompted" to continue with the upgrade, or not before any changes are made to the users operating systems on their PC or company computers.
