BeatGrass with John Kirlin & The High Plains Drifters at The Midtown Tavern Tonight

Two Wyoming bluegrass bands play tonight, May 24, at The Midtown Tavern, also known as Anderson's Other Corner at 1303 East Pershing Blvd.

Cheyenne favorite BeatGrass and Casper's John Kirlin & The High Plains Drifters will both entertain at The Midtown Tavern on Friday night, May 24.

BeatGrass recently released their debut CD containing 10 original songs, it's available at Ernie Novembers in downtown Cheyenne. Band members are Jeff Daugherty on mandolin and vocals, Pete Mergard on banjo and vocals, Shawn Hess on the upright bass and Josh Reese on guitar, fiddle and vocals.

The High Plains Drifters include John Kirlin on the mandolin and lead vocals, Gabe Dunbar on the guitar, Chris Campbell on the bass and Andrew Boyle on the drums.
