If you love sushi, then look no farther than downtown Cheyenne. "Bejo Sushi and Asian Cuisine" is Cheyenne's newest venue for you to get your sushi on!

The new sushi joint serves 'authentic Asian cuisine', according to the new restaurant owner, Matt White.

Bejo doesn't only serve sushi, but has a nice variety of sashimi also, a delicacy of Japan that consists of raw fish.

The new restaurant is located at 112 W. 17th Street, where the old Mayflower used to be. More recently, the building housed the "Re-O-na Sushi Bar and Thai Cuisine."

According to White, the new restaurant will offer catering and will cater the Wyoming Legislature's lunch on Tuesday.

The video below will give you a brief outlook on the difference between sushi and sashimi. Know what you're eating before you order it.
