It's a Memorial Day weekend, the last Sunday of May, and we're playing half of the debut album from a good ol' American band from Atlanta, Georgia.

At the beginning of the 8 o'clock hour of 'Your Sunday Brunch' we're featuring The Black Crowes 'Shake Your Money Maker' as our 'Album Side Sunday.'

You'll hear the first 6 tracks of The Black Crowes debut album in 1990.

All of the songs were written by Chris and Rich Robinson except as noted.

-Jeff Cease on guitar (this is the only Black Crowes record he plays on)

-Steve Gorman plays drums

-Chuck Leavell on piano and organ (he's played with Eric Clapton and the Rolling Stones)

-Brendan O'Brien on a potpourri of instruments

-Laura Creamer sings background vocals
