At the beginning of the 8 o’clock hour of ‘Your Sunday Brunch’ we’re featuring The Black Crowes ‘Shake Your Money Maker’ as our ‘Album Side Sunday.’

You’ll hear the first 6 tracks of The Black Crowes debut album in 1990.

All of the songs were written by Chris and Rich Robinson except as noted.

1. ‘Twice As Hard’

2. ‘Jealous Again’

3. ‘Sister Luck’

4. ‘Could I’ve Been So Blind’

5. ‘Seeing Things’

6. ‘Hard To Handle’ (Allen Jones, Alvertis Isbell, Otis Redding)

Musicians on the album are:

-Chris Robinson on lead vocals

-Rich Robinson on lead guitar

-Jeff Cease on guitar (this is the only Black Crowes record he plays on)

-Johnny Colt, bass player

-Steve Gorman plays drums

Additional musicians on ‘Shake Your Money Maker’ include:

-Chuck Leavell on piano and organ (he’s played with Eric Clapton and the Rolling Stones)
