University of Wyoming football coach Craig Bohl says he sees both strengths and weakness in his team as the Cowboys go back into action following their bye week.

Bohl says one positive has been the running game in general and the emergence of running back Shaun Wicks in particular. He  notes that despite losing a lopsided game to Michigan State the Cowboys were able to have some success in their rushing attack against the Spartans. Bohl says he watched nationally-ranked Nebraska, by comparison, have very little success in running on the Spartans.

He says the Cowboy running backs as a group are a team strength at this point.

But Bohl says he has concerns about the Cowboy pass-rush, which has yet to record a single sack in five games. He also says the defense needs to do a better job of getting interceptions when given the opportunity.

Wyoming takes a 3-2 overall record (1-0 in conference play) into Saturday's game at Hawaii.
