Original story: Work on a bridge on the southbound lane of Interstate 25 is expected to cause a single lane closure and possibly some delays in the Cheyenne area this week.

According to a release from the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), the bridge deck to be repaired is located at Mile Marker 3.29 and crosses the Union Pacific Railroad just before the Terry Ranch Road Interchange.

The work is planned for the daylight hours of Tuesday, Aug. 28 and Wednesday, Aug. 29, weather permitting.
