Wild Card Weekend is over and now it's crunch time.  The big game is less than a month away and, if you're planning to host a football party, your spread isn't complete without building your own "Snackadium".

What is a "Snackadium"?  It's a replica football stadium, filled with snacks.  It's both easy and fun to make.  Using cardboard boxes and some colored construction paper, my friends Nate and Jenna built this awesome Broncos Snackadium last year.  It was almost cool enough to salvage the day after Denver's humiliating defeat.

You don't have to be an architectural wizard to build one.  If I can do it, anyone can.  Here's what I was able to create last year, using a few sheets of styrofoam and a couple of aluminum trays.  You can even use bottled beers as makeshift "snackadium' pillars.

The construction method, materials and ingredients are entirely up to you.  The key is to have fun, be creative and help cheer your team on to victory.

Too lazy to build your own Snackadium? Come try ours Friday January 23rd at the 7th Annual Boys and Girls Club Chili Challenge.  We'll be serving green chili samples (2nd place last year) out of our own Townsquare Media "Snackadium" at the event, which will take place at the Holiday Inn on Fox Farm Road.
