Have you ever wanted to race on a dog sled?

The winner of the International Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog race, Aaron Peck, claimed the $10,000 first prize over the weekend.

Twenty-three teams of dogs and mushers raced through 4 states traveling more than 350 miles in about 8 days.

After finishing second to him last year, Peck managed to edge past champion Buddy Streeper. Buddy Streeper, from British Columbia, had won previously in 2012, 2011, 2010 and 2004.

Aaron Peck is a 33-year-old musher from Grand Prairie, Alberta, Canada. He's participated in the last 4 International Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog races.
