Unfortunately this Canadian politician was seated directly behind the Prime Minister during his speech and was caught strumming the rolled up document in his hands.

Tory MP Graham Evans insists he was "just tapping" but it sure looks like he's pretending to hold a pick and forming chords. I'll bet he was remembering the Neil Young song he'd heard on his way to work that morning.
