Long-time radio host Casey Kasem has been reported missing, and investigators are now looking into his whereabouts after being told he may have been taken out of the country.

Kasem is in poor health, and has been in the news recently after his children disagreed with the visitation and medical care put forth by Kasem's wife, Jean. With advanced Parkinson's, as well as being unable to speak, Kasem himself likely had little to do with this recent development.

Casey Kasem is most widely known for his role as announcer of "American Top 40" and "Top 40," as well as being the voice of Shaggy on Scooby Doo.

More information regarding this investigation is pending. We'll keep you updated as soon as we know more.
