Casper Man Gets Prison For Kidnapping [AUDIO]

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Thursday announced a Clean Air Act settlement with Sinclair Wyoming Refining Company. Doug Randall has the details. A Casper man has been sentenced to prison for kidnapping his girlfriend. Kevin Koile reports.
