Sunday, The legendary No. 844 rolled into The Cheyenne Depot after it's annual 100 mile run from Denver to Cheyenne. The steam locomotive was built by General Electric and as one of the special trains, has carried carried passengers to Cheyenne Frontier Days events dating back to 1908
When No. 844 rolled in to The Cheyenne Depot on Sunday, a piece of history did as well. Being out at Cheyenne Frontier Days, I was hoping that one of Cheyenne's best photographers would be there to capture the moment
