Do you have a favorite sports stadium? Mine would have to be the L. A. Memorial Coliseum. When I was growing up, I'd watch quarterback Roman Gabriel and the Rams playing football at the huge structure in southern California. On June 1, 1991 I was sitting in the coliseum watching the Grateful Dead play.

Where did you attend elementary school? From kindergarten through sixth grade, I went to Pioneer Park Elementary. The school at 1407 Cosgriff Court celebrates it's 55 anniversary tomorrow, May 19. Former students and staff of Pioneer Park are invited to an open house and lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m on Saturday.

Goober Takes Off on Cary Grant (YouTube) Do you have a favorite memory of actor George Lindsey? When I asked myself that question, I realized how big an influence the actor who played Goober on 'The Andy Griffith Show' was on my childhood. He was in some of my favorite movies and TV shows. George Lindsey died last Sunday, May 6, in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 83.

What's the best show you've seen in Las Vegas? Sin City is a mecca for entertainers, but one of the best shows I've seen there wasn't at a casino or theater, it was a concert at the UNLV football stadium. The Grateful Dead played the Sam Boyd Silver Bowl on the last weekend of April in 1991.
