Free Severe Weather spotter training will be offered to the public at Laramie County Community College on Tuesday, May 7, at 6:30 p.m. The training, designed for basic severe weather spotting concepts, will be held in the Center for Conference and Institutes (CCI) Building, Room 130. The current production at Laramie County Community College, 'Billboard,' addresses the topic. The play about a man who wears advertising on his forehead is a comedy about the battle of commercialism, fame, art and love.
