It's a cold weekend, how about some hot rock and roll?
We're serving up a wide variety of music Sunday morning from 7 to 10 on 'Your Sunday Brunch.'
We'll be featuring a Christmas song from 1958 and we have brand new music from a band celebrating their 50th anniversary of performing.
There are lots of concerts this week to get you ready for, rock birthdays to acknowledge and we'll remember a couple losses last week in the world of music.
Cheyenne Frontier Days received the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) Large Outdoor Rodeo of the Year award for the fourteenth time at an award banquet held last night in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dave Brubeck, whose quartet had the first million-selling jazz album, 'Time Out,' passed away today at the age of 91 from heart failure. Whether you realize it or not, you have probably heard Brubeck's music, which has been featured on myriad soundtracks for television and film.
The outing will begin with an April 4 show in Columbis, OH and run through June 12, wrapping up at the Joe Lewis Arena in Detroit, MI. It's 34 dates in 34 cities, including seven Canadian dates.

Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine joined rock icons the Rolling Stones onstage last night (Nov. 29) at the second of the band's two gigs at the O2 Arena in London, where the were celebrating 50 years of rocking and rolling. The old guard collided with the new in this hellfire performance. It was certainly a marriage of generations of English musicians.
