A Review of Taco Bell’s Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos
Taco Bell has been an integral block of my food pyramid for almost two decades. Here is where things get a little odd though -- rarely do I stray from the regular. In the beginning the order was always the same -- three Soft Taco Supremes and three regular crunchy tacos -- with an occasional Grilled Stuft Burrito with beef. Boring but always delivered.

Taco Bell announced they were debuting their newest menu item, the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Taco on 3-7-13. But the fans have spoken, and although the 'official' launch is tomorrow, you can sample this culinary masterpiece today!!! It won't be on the menu until the 7th, but if you go to your participating Taco Bell and ask for one, your wish will be granted. And yes Casper... that does mean us!

Red Hot Chili Peppers To Release ‘We Salute You’ Covers EP
In keeping with the theme of their recent induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Red Hot Chili Peppers are set to release an EP that will feature a collection of cover songs honoring previous Hall of Fame inductees. The song selections were based on artists who have influenced the Chili Peppers throughout their career and run the gamut of styles from the Ramones to the Beach Boys.

Bet you didn't make it to work on Monday morning because the Foo Fighters played until after Midnight, their encore was five songs.
Dave Grohl told the crowd at the beginning of their set that they were going to play for two-and-a-half hours because they have a lot of "*#&@ing songs." And they did, they played all the songs I could think of including; "The Pretender," "Learn To Fly," "Best of You," "Times Like These," "My Hero" and new ones from their Wasting Light album like "Rope" and "Walk."

August 4, 2011 Are you a fan of the "Planet of the Apes" movies? The latest film, "Rise of the Planet of the Apes," opens in theaters Friday, August 5.
When the first series of "Apes" movies were released in the 1970's, we couldn't wait to see every one of them at the theaters. I even read the book by Pierre Boulle. The original "Planet of the Apes" movie came out in 1968, starring Charlton Heston, Roddy McDowall and Kim Hunter.
The prosthetic makeup techniques, created by John Chambers, were groundbreaking at the time. He won an honorary Academy Award for his outstanding make-up achievements.
