Even since Casper Mountain's 2006 fire, the proliferation of smart phones and social media has increased at an amazing rate - leading to a ton of videos and photos being posted and shared on the Sheep Herder Hill fire. (Important to note that you shouldn't be in the way of officials while shooting these, as some tend to do in Casper during emergency situations.)
