The Wyoming Highway Patrol is investigating a single vehicle crash that occurred early this morning on Wyo 70 about 1 mile east of Baggs in Carbon County. The patrol says Joshua Hart of Rawlins, was driving westbound on Wyo 70 attempting to negotiate a right hand curve in the roadway. His vehicle crossed the center line and then went off the left shoulder of the highway. Hart then attempted to steer back onto the roadway causing the vehicle to go into a broadside slide whereupon it struck a concrete wall. The vehicle then rolled an undetermined number of times coming to rest in a ravine.
