There are numerous events going on during Frontier Days. Here are some of the more popular events and where to park if you are going to them!

Pancake Breakfasts: July 23rd, 25th and 27th from 7am—9am is when the pancake breakfasts will be served. This is held at the Depot Plaza off of 16th St. and Capitol downtown. There is parking downtown on the streets, as well as a parking garage at Lincolnway and Carey. (Map)

Parades: July 24th, 26th and 28th beginning at 9:30am. All of these parades start at the Capitol Building. The parade will go down Capitol Ave. and Carey Ave. You can park on the streets downtown — not on the parade route! — or in two downtown parking garages. (Map with route and parking)

Concerts and Rodeos: There will be minimal parking at Frontier Park itself ($10/car). There are some different options for you though. Many people park at Lions Park and in the nearby neighborhoods. There is also a Park—N—Ride option. This is $10/car load and it also includes your gate admission. The Park—N—Ride service is located off of I-25 and Happy Jack Road south of Frontier Park. (Map)

Thunderbirds: The USAF Thunderbirds aerial demonstration team will perform over Laramie County Community College (1400 E. College) on July 25th at 10am. Parking is available at LCCC until 9am. After 9am, you will need to park in a remote parking area and ride a shuttle over. The shuttles run from Holliday Home Plaza on Nationway and Cheyenne Plaza on East Lincolnway. Four shuttles at each location start at 7:00 a.m. with about 20 minutes between pickups. The shuttles will return from LCCC to the Plazas around 11:00 a.m., or as soon as the roads are open to traffic. (Map)

You can always call a cab, too, which might be more convenient if you find you’ve had a bit too much to drink.
