Along with Fridays On The Plaza each week throughout the summer, there are also a wide variety of festivals taking place in front of the historic depot in downtown Cheyenne on the Depot Plaza. Here's a sample:

A stage has been constructed in 'The Hole' along Lincolnway in downtown Cheyenne and the Cheyenne Children's Museum hopes to bring entertainers there this summer.
If you want to experience some old time fun, plan to attend the annual Pine Bluffs Trail Days. This year's celebration takes place August 4-7.
Along with plenty of food and friends, there is also free live and local entertainment offered.
