Cheyenne Arts Festival Takes Many Forms
The 5th Annual Cheyenne Arts Festival is on at The Cheyenne Depot Museum this weekend.
Friday from 5:30 until 10 p.m..
Saturday from 2:00 until 10:15 p.m. (After Farmers Market)
Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
It will showcase artists from Cheyenne, Casper, Laramie, Kirby as well as the works of our neighbors in Colorado and Nebraska. The show features visual artists with their painting, photography, glass, metal, beads, wood-turning and other media for purchase.
There will also be performance art with Cheyenne’s and the region’s best musical, dance, and theatrical performers. Ranging from quiet classical to rock covers to alternative country, the 2016 CAF Performance Stage will have something for everyone! Including, but not limited to, Ballet Wyoming, Soul Sacrifice, Jalan Crossland Band and the return of Lunde Station.
Young people can discover or advance their artistic talents in hands-on workshops led by professional artists.
