Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority did a survey for direction from business owners and residents. Results found some negativity. We thought we'd do our own poll.

Looking over the survey, The DDA also looked back on how well 66 different goals have been accomplished. All are done except six that are almost finished. 10 are in the works. Director Amy Surdam mentioned just three were lost to direction change.

No surprise the big challenge is little funds, though we do have a free bike-sharing program, and art murals are nice.

In the survey’s 58 responses, low grades were given for awareness and information sharing. The overall grade was a C, though Surdam feels a B+ or A- was deserved.

A survey of our own just seemed to grade worse.
