Fire broke out on the south side of Cheyenne early this afternoon. Sirens were the first alert and a step outside showed the smoke billowing into the air from what appeared to be a couple of sources. A trip to West College and Parsley showed a large burn area. Just off to the right in the above picture is a WyDot employee keeping traffic off of West College.

A picture and video taken just to the southwest of South High School on S. Cribbon, showed smoke filling the air with what appeared to be two sources for the fire, possibly separate ends of the same blaze. Sheriffs and others were blocking traffic in the area.
