Whether you're looking to upgrade your walkway, yard, front porch or shrubs, you'll find some great ideas at this years Home and Garden Show in Cheyenne.  If you're thinking about upgrading the front of your house either for personal pleasure or because you're getting ready to sell it, you'll want to take a look at some really cool tips as you plan your project this spring.

  • Washing the front of your house should be the first step when planning a curb appeal project. You can't see what needs to be done, until after you clean the dirt and grime off of its face.
  • Freshen up those soffit and fascia boards with some fresh paint. Just as you like to freshen up after a long day, your house also digs a fresher-upper with a nice coat of paint. This does wonders for home curb appeal and isn't all that expensive.
  • Trim up the yard. Get the lawn mowed and manicured and or pedicured, however you wish to call it. Also, fill in bare spots in the lawn, trim the hedges and water the grass. This is a quick update that increases the curb appeal of your home.

If you're looking for better and inexpensive ways to upgrade your front yard and attract visitors and buyers with nice curb appeal, mark your calendars for March 27- 29 at the Cheyenne Ice and Events Center for the 12th Annual Home and Garden Show in Cheyenne.
