Are you in the mood for some live theater?

The Cheyenne Little Theatre Players latest production, 'Barefoot in the Park,' continues through February 23 at the Mary Godfrey Playhouse on the corner of east Pershing Boulevard and Windmill Road.Remaining performances include Thursday, February 13, through Saturday, February 15, starting at 7:30 p.m. with a Sunday, February 16, matinee beginning at 2 p.m. The shows last weekend is Friday, February 21, and Saturday, February 22, at 7:30 p.m. with the final curtain rising at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 23.

Tickets for the Thursday, February 13, performance are only $10, an affordable pre-Valentine's Day treat. All other shows cost $22 for adults, $18 for seniors, $16 for students and $12 for those 12 and under. Tickets may be purchased at the Mary Godfrey Playhouse box office, by phone at 638-6543 or online at www.cheyennelittletheatre.tix.com.

'Barefoot in the Park' is playwright Neil Simon's most popular romantic comedy. It involves a newly married couple, Paul and Corie Bratter, starting out in a small walk-up apartment in midtown Manhattan. Actors Mark Myers and Sarah Laping play the young couple, with Judy Schulz as Corie's Mother Edith Banks and Richard Hirsch plays their quirky Bohemian neighbor Victor Velasco.

The show became Neil Simon's longest running hit and is among the top ten longest running non-musical plays in Broadway history.
