A Cheyenne man is behind bars after being picked up for his fourth DUI in five years.

The Laramie County Sheriff's Department arrested 32-year-old Willott Rhoads, IV on Happy Jack Road west of Cheyenne late last (Sunday) night. His BAC was 0.15 - 0.20.

Rhoads was also cited for driving without an interlock device and driving under suspension.

Rhoads is scheduled to make his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court tomorrow (Tuesday) at 9:45 a.m. He is facing up to a $10,000 fine and a maximum of 7 years in prison if convicted.
