Cheyenne Memorial Day Closures

All federal, State of Wyoming and City of Cheyenne offices are scheduled to be closed on Monday, May 29 for Memorial Day.

People who normally have their trash picked up on Monday are being asked to have it available for pickup by 6:30 a.m. Saturday. The Cheyenne Transfer Station, compost facility, and landfill will all be closed on Monday.

All U.S. Postal Service deliveries except for Express Mail will not be delivered on Monday. Laramie County School Districts#1 and 2 are closed Monday.

Laramie County Community College will also be closed, as will St. Mary's Catholic School and the Stride Learning Center.

The Laramie County Library will be closed, but the Cheyenne Animal Shelter will be open as usual. The Cheyenne VA Medical Center will be closed, but available for medical emergencies.
