Cheyenne police are looking for the driver of a car that hit a young girl while she was riding her bike this (Monday) afternoon.

Police say the accident happened in the area of Sheridan Street and Pineridge Avenue around noon.

They say a black, 2005-2008 A4 Audi, possibly driven by a woman, struck the girl and drove off. The girl received minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

The car, which is missing the front, left fog light cover, was last seen in the area of King Arthur Way and Mountain Drive.
