Cheyenne Police Seek Debit Card Theft, Fraud Suspect

Cheyenne police are asking for the public's help in identifying a person suspected of debit card theft and fraud.

Police say somebody stole a Petco employee's debit card on April 8 and then used it at Target.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or knows their whereabouts is asked to call Officer Horne in reference to case number 17-19008.
