Cheyenne Police Chief Brian Kozak is warning anyone who has information about a double homicide this summer to speak up now or risk serious consequences.

Kozak says anyone withholding knowledge will obviously miss out on $10, 000 in reward money being offered in connection with information on the shooting deaths of 67- year old Dwight Brockman and 76-year old George Manley on July 20th.

But he says the consequences don't end there. ''If we get some leads in this investigation and this case breaks open, and we determine that someone knows something or was involved, we're going to come down hard'' Kozak says.

Although the chief didn't specify what he means by ''come down hard", it's possible potential penalties he was referring to could include charges of  up to and including being an accessory to first degree murder, depending on the circumstances.

Kozak said earlier this week police have "gotten a lot of great leads" in the case, adding ''we hope to be able to say more soon". The men were killed in The Coin Shop, a West Lincolnway business which was owned by Brockman.
