Cheyenne Police Trying to Identify Burglary Suspect

Cheyenne Police are trying to identify a man wanted for theft from a vehicle and credit card fraud.

Officer Dan Long says the suspect burglarized a car that was parked in front of a Western Hills residence on the night of October 13.

"An individual actually broke into a vehicle and took items out of the vehicle including credit cards," said Long. "He then took those credit cards to other locations."

Long says the man used one of the stolen credit cards to make a purchase at the Albertson's on East Pershing Boulevard. He was then seen leaving the store in a silver passenger car.

Anyone who recognizes the man or knows his whereabouts is asked to call the Cheyenne Police Department or Silent Witness at 638-TIPS.
