Are you way overdue for a date night?

The Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra's second Masterpiece Concert of the season, 'The Romantic Road,' may be a great place to take your sweetie on Saturday, October 11.

'The Romantic Road' concert will feature three different classical composers expressing the beauty of life in their music, each in a completely different way. Selections range from the Classical-era style of Mozart and Haydn to the Romantic-era of Beethoven.

Concert pieces will include Mozart with his Divertimento for strings in F major, then the wit and humor of Haydn in one of Maestro William Intriligator’s all-time favorite symphonies, Haydn's Symphony No. 92 'Oxford' in G major and finally the power and drama of Beethoven’s 'Emperor' piano concerto no. 5 in E-flat major featuring pianist Keenan Reesor.

Tickets range from $14 to $45 and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Cheyenne Civic Center.
