Cheyenne’s Fall 2016 Thankful Thursdays Had A Big Finish

It’s such a great time at every Thankful Thursday, when another season ends, we hate to see them go for the winter, or summer. The last Thursday, though, always has a big finish.

This fall was already special for the total amount raised passing One million dollars. This last Thursday evening went out with a bang, including a drawing to award one of the great local charities their choice of a Can Am (in above photo), or instead opt for the value of $15 thousand in cash. Congratulations to Canines for Mobility, the lucky one of 11 charities that already got a boost this season.

Thursdays there’s food, drink, and countless ways all the fun and games raise money for Cheyenne and Southeastern Wyoming causes. As it says on the Thankful Thursday Facebook page, “We ‘Party with a Purpose’ by raising money for 11 small nonprofit agencies, supporting veterans, low-income families, early childhood education, service animals, and people in crisis.’”
