WYDOT conditions in Northwestern Wyoming go from dry to slick with snowfall and slick with strong winds, blowing snow and limited visibility.  In Southwestern Wyoming, its dry with a bit of fog around Laramie.

Cheyenne is currently dry but under a winter weather advisory. The snow is on the way, with Don Day saying Cheyenne will get the first flakes around late morning, with an increase in the afternoon and into the evening. By Friday morning we could have 4 – 5 inches of snow. I wonder how much will actually stay on the ground, given out unseasonably warm weather recently. Our normal high for this time of year is 44, but yesterday, we hit 70°. Today, we should top out in the low 30s.

As of 5:00 a.m. Cheyenne is dry with 33°
