Combat Veteran Suing Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office [AUDIO]
Insurance companies are now required to provide consumers with a brief summary of what a health insurance policy or employer plan covers, called a Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC). A captain in the Marine Corps has filed a civil rights lawsuit against the Lincoln County Sheriff’s office over an August 2011 traffic stop. Doug Randall has the details.
