It's the first week of July and things are heating up, including our concert calendar!

There are several musical acts to choose from that are performing on the 4th of July, and plenty of live entertainment to catch this week.

Wednesday, July 4

-Blues Traveler at Red Rocks with Fitz and the Tantrums.

-Dick Dale, the legendary surf guitarist, plays the Aggie Theatre in Fort Collins.

-Cheyenne Fireworks Display at Frontier Park features music from the Country Club Band at 6 p.m. and the U.S. Air Force Tops in Blue beginning at 8 p.m., fireworks begin at 9:35 p.m.

 

Thursday, July 5

-Gooding, the L.A. based trio, plays at the Midtown Tavern on Pershing Blvd. starting at 8 p.m., they're scheduled to stop by the KING FM studios around 3:30 p.m., please join us.

-Cheyenne Civic Concert Band at Brimmer Amphitheater in Lions Park beginning at 7 p.m., this week's free concert will feature music from the Civil War era.

-The String Cheese Incident at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, this eclectic Colorado band has been around since 1993.

 

Friday, July 6

-The String Cheese Incident perform a second night at Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado.

-The Champions play for free at Cheyenne's Depot Plaza 5:30 until 8 p.m. as this week's Fridays on the Plaza.

 

Saturday, July 7

-The String Cheese Incident at Red Rocks for a third straight night.
