The warmer weather has triggered an increase in the number of new projects breaking ground around Cheyenne.

With all of the activity, you'll be hard pressed not to notice bulldozers in every corner of our community:

Carter Cottages - Located at US 30 and Hayes Avenue in east Cheyenne, foundations have been poured on several of the 11 four-plex buildings which will add 44 units of rental housing to the City. Butch Tilton is developing the project.

Dell Van Storage Units - Located near the intersection of Dell Range Boulevard and Van Buren Avenue, this storage unit project will add new opportunities for personal storage in east Cheyenne. Twenty six storage buildings are scheduled to be built as part of this project.

Capitol City Storage - Work is wrapping up on Phase I of a storage complex on Polk Avenue and Pershing in east Cheyenne, with the addition of landscaping and completion of a greenway fence. Phase II (located south of Phase I) is anticipated to break ground soon. The paving of Polk Avenue was a collaboration between the City, Laramie County, and the Developer and includes what was a missing link in the Greater Cheyenne Greenway.

Pointe Townhomes - Twenty new townhome units will be added to the Pointe Plaza area along Gardenia starting later this year following the approval of a site plan last month. Featuring tuck-under parking and Greenway access, these units will provide another housing concept to this developing neighborhood.
