The Wyoming Cowboys defeated Boise State 65-54 in men's college basketball Saturday behind Larry Nance Jr.s double-double.

Nance scored 18 points and grabbed ten rebounds en route to the victory, which ran the Cowboys overall record to 15-2 and a perfect 4-0 in Mountain West Conference play this season. It was the pokes' 13th straight win at the Arena-Auditorium, their longest streak ever. The 4-0 conference start is Wyoming's second best ever and the best since 2002-2003.

Boise State (10-6, 0-3 MWC) led 31-30 at halftime, but was outscored by 12 points in the second half.

The Cowboys face another major test when they host 12-4 San Diego State Wednesday night at 9 p.m. MT in another Mountain West Conference battle.
