
CRMC "Breaks Ground" on Their New Cancer Resource Center
Despite having to move the ceremony indoors because of a rain storm, hospital officials and community members broke ground on Cheyenne Regional Medical center’s new cancer center Monday.Tamela Thiede Oncology Services Director at Cheyenne Regional says the new center will house all cancer services under on roof. The 0ver 40,000 Cancer Resource Center will include a new state of the art linear accelerator and ct scanner for treatment and planning. The building, to be located at the corner of 24th and House avenue, is expected to be completed in about 12 months.
