Are you an avid reader? Do you still read actual books?

If you're looking for some different reading material or maybe you have too many books, the annual Delta Kappa Gamma Book Sale might be able to solve your dilemma.

Donation boxes are set up at most grocery stores and other locations around Cheyenne, through March 3, to collect books, DVD's, CD's, audio books, games and puzzles for the sale. Clean off some of your shelves and help reduce your clutter while supporting a good cause.

Each year, Delta Kappa Gamma uses the proceeds from their book sale for scholarships in the education field. This year's sale runs Saturday and Sunday ,March 7 and 8, at the former Wyoming Liquor Division Warehouse across from the Holly Frontier Refinery on Campstool Road.

Most hardback books are priced at $2, while paperbacks go for $1 each. On the second day of the sale, you can fill a bag with books for only $6 or fill a box for just $10. Hours for this year's sale are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 8.

This will be the organization's 32nd year raising money for scholarships with their book sale. Click on the story below to find out more about donating items for this year's sale. You can also call 637-5347 or 632-0209 for more information.
