The featured performer at the Holly Frontier Superday 2014 on Saturday says that even though he is a magician and comedian, people shouldn't expect one-liners and a typical stand up comedy routine.

"I didn't want to do that" Dewayne Hill says. ''The comedy is really encompassed within the magic and what's happening on stage". Hill says he started out as a magician, but found it difficult to get bookings just doing magic. He says club owners asked if he was a comedian. "At first I pretty much lied and said I was, but then a couple of clubs gave me a chance". He says he had to write comedy "really really quick" at that point.

He's promising people who see his show on Saturday a good time, adding that he likes to interact with children and families besides performing magic. He also says he hopes "all four black people in Cheyenne" will turn out for his show.
