If you love Dairy Queen Blizzards, and who doesn't,  stop by Dairy Queen THIS Thursday, where you can buy a DQ Blizzard, and help Children’s Miracle Network!

Dairy Queens around the country as well as Canada, are celebrating a 30 year partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, where they’ve raised over $100 million dollars for local hospitals, with their “Annual Miracle Treat Day,” and this year mark’s their ninth year, and it’s set for THIS Thursday, August 14th.  Our local Dairy Queen in Cheyenne at 1038 East Pershing Boulevard will be participating in this national campaign.

For every Blizzard sold on Miracle Treat Day, one dollar or more will be donated to Children’s Miricle Network Hospitals, who raise funds to help save and improve the lives of kids treated at 170 children’s hospitals around the United States and Canada, including children right here in Cheyenne. And for every person who RSVP’s on Dairy Queen’s Facebook to Miracle Treat Day, the American Dairy Queen Corporation will donate an additional $1 to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals up to $50,000.

There’s several DQ Blizzard treats to choose from including their featured “Blizzard of the Day,” which is their Oreo Blizzard, which still remains their most popular Blizzard treat, and the Blizzard of the Month for August, the new Chips Ahoy Blizzard.  Any Blizzard flavor you choose on Miracle Treat Day will help Children’s Miracle Network.

You can join Steve Cooper from 101-9 KING FM along with Teri Landreth from 106-3 Cowboy Country and 101-9 KING FM THIS Thursday, August 14th, at Dairy Queen on Pershing Boulevard, to help celebrate Miracle Treat Day, starting at 11am.  Your office can also call Dairy Queen ahead of time, at 307-635-1555 with your Blizzard orders, and they’ll have them ready to go for you to pick up!
